To receive a charitable tax receipt, send a cheque directly to Huntley Centennial Public School. This can be dropped off at the office.
The school will deposit the cheque and send a copy of the cheque, plus a copy of the deposit paperwork to Finance, who will provide the receipt for the donor.
The information needed for receipt purposes is the donor’s name and mailing address. If that information isn’t printed on the cheque, we would need to be provided with that information.
You can also specify what you would like the funds to go to, for example: Playground Renewal Fund, Food Cupboard, etc.
